Not especially. He’s a reasonably intelligently person but his character and propensity for performance gets in the way of dialogue. He never just has a normal conversation with people. He rambles on and on in long monologues, clearly because he enjoys hearing himself speak, and he confuses his comedic wit and rhetorical proficiency with wisdom. The points he makes aren’t especially novel, and the expositions of corruption he expounds on could be easily discovered by anyone with a little curiosity.
But people think he’s amusing for God knows why and Americans love to throw money at the British.

He is educated yes. And he has a way of structuring opinions that is not commonly done by a lot of individuals. His interpretations can sound very enlightening but at the same time if your not familiar with his sense of humour or direction then he can sounds a bit mad
If he didn't, or couldn't, hold on to Katy Perry, he has to have something wrong in the head. Come to think about it, maybe she dumped him.

yes, i think he's very intelligent. that doesn't mean i agree with everything he says. i happen to share "some" of his opinions. but the way he articulates himself and the way he navigates social interactions and conversations would be impossible for a person who lacks intelligence.
Yes he is.
