How come many Easter foods are not kosher for Passover?

Let alone kosher, as I’ve heard ham is popular for Easter, which is seemingly the resurrection of Christ and happened during Passover.

Because Christianity did away with Kosher rules. Arguably from Jesus, stating that corruption doesn't come from what a person eats, but what they say, and definitively from Peter, being explicitly told to not call unclean what God has made.

Thank You. What You do/say is more important than what is said or done about You. At Yeshua’s time, I’m sure the Tanakh had been corrupted, so G-d sent a prophet to re-teach the people. However, I reckon the verse talks about not about food. G-d knows the best.

Well, none of the Gospels were written at the time- it's entirely possible that SOME real-time coverage was written, but the Judean revolt saw a lot destroyed, and the politicization of the faith would've seen more.

Nu, they must overlap, unless Pesach is over the Shabbat after Goode Friday, as the Friday Yeshua did what He did was on Pesach, according to one gospel. Tell me, which recipes are suitable for both?
