Why should anyone care about what your religion says or what your religious opinions are?

Why should anyone care about anything anyone else says?

Because they are asking questions in trying to solve lives challenges and people are sharing what works for them, their understanding, solutions, and how they got to those solutions.

The challenge for all adults is... we don't want to change, as we've been programmed, often by trauma... we will cling to what we feel, even when it doesn't work and is flawed. The familiar is better than the unknown. Why we don't want to be flexible is a good question... maybe because it hurts too much?

That said, religion... e. g. belief... is annoying, frustrating and can even be emotionally abusive. I remember how turned off I was to... catholic church, Tv evangelists, people that show up to your door. It's offensive because it's intrusion into ones mind... harder they push, the more I'd back away. When I started to attend church (by my own choice), there was offense as well... it's confusing, with people at different levels of maturity and corruption, and it's hard to understand. no wonder people are lost. There was a lot of good though and I found my way and saw the value.

So we have to be considerate of others, when we feel we have a solution that works, people may not be ready or willing to hear it. Have to respect that.

I'm a helper, I want to help others get to their best, but not everyone wants. Sometimes I fail the other way, not giving enough.

It can matter a lot or not matter at all.



It all depends on how much one’s religion is a part of one’s life.


For example, if someone believed in XYZ belief, and it as core to their very being, and something that they lived and breathed, then their significant other would need to be okay with that level of involvement.


This applies beyond just religion. It applies to anything that is a core part of one’s lifestyle and/or identity.


If for example, someone as a very outspoken political activist and involved in committees, planning, organized events, and constant content creation around their cause… Their partner would need to be okay with their heavy involvement, because it’s going to inevitably affect and influence the relationship.


Now, if religion (or their thing) is not a huge part of their life, then its not as necessary for them to share similar opinions on that.

Strictly speaking they shouldn't care what someone uses their freedom of speech to express, because they have the same right to express theirs. Some groups are more prone to pushing themselves on others and violent about speading their beliefs or demanding attention than others.

I don't push my beliefs on anyone. I share if I'm questioned. Some of the posts in here demand a response but I share only to clarify, each will believe what they want anyway. And everyone will reap what they sow. Pure and simple. I'm imperfect and trying to navigate and survive an evil world while trying to prepare my daughters as best that I can.
I don't really care to convince anyone. Everyone has a conscience.
Believe what you want and suffer the consequences.

Generally people who dislike you will use every word you said against you. I'm sure they care. The real question is this the kind of attention someone wants?

why? because of the RISK. can we be certain no hell or no god. if 2.5 billion people believe in jesus or allah what if they are correct?

People shouldn't. But you have the bible thumpers who try to force their way of thinking down people throats. Like missionaries of old when they destroyed native cultures.

If there is a God, God's opinion matters. If there isn't, no one's does.
