Dear Lord Orgasmos, I have a query regarding what homosexuality even is. Why isn't Catholicism banned? You'd think the whole fact that more children are abused by clergy in a year than have ever been targetted by drag queens would be enough evidence.

Because the Bible isn't the basis of human law. And very fortunately, too, since things like polyester shouldn't warrant a death sentence, and crop rotation definitely not. Ever seen a potato field after the harvest? The soil basically turns to dust, since the plants suck every last iota of nutrients out; you basically NEED clover to replenish the fields to make them viable again in less than a decade. But God, who set the whole system up, has a problem with people NOT starving?

Leviticus was just a massive shit test, with God seeing how far He could push these people before they'd finally stand up for themselves.

What consenting adults do in private isn't my business and shouldn't be the government's business either. I also don't care if two dudes want to marry each other because it doesn't affect me at all and doesn't hurt the sanctity of my marriage; it's no-fault divorce that has ruined marriage, not opening it up to gays.

I do have a problem with them forcing all this pride crap everywhere and the radical gender ideology they have been pushing that leads to ridiculous and insane things like castrating kids, men competing in women's sports or female inmates sharing cells with male rapists.

You know why it isn't banned? Because nobody chooses to be homosexual, people just are. Just like people have different skin colours and different preferences. There is nothing you can do about it.

In which country? It's banned in many. If you mean the US, it's because the US - rightfully - isn't a theocracy. The New Testament reveals that God doesn't work by legal and military force. Law is there to restrain evil, yes, but if someone consents to something that doesn't involve violence or theft, then that's something for them and all involved parties to work out between themselves and God.
