Like how they scream persecution when they are sued for discriminating against gay people and claim their religious rights are being taken away but they don't want to respect gay rights or women becoming religious leaders and claim its part of their religion to discriminate.
They want to use their own religious beliefs to punish and discriminate against those they disagree with. Problem is, even if you believe certain things are a sin, Jesus did not shy away from sinners, nor was ever unkind to them. As they wrap themselves in the cloak of religious freedom, they aren’t even following the example they are meant to follow.

To answer your question more generally, it's helpful to break down the concepts of religious rights and privileges.
Religious Rights: These are universal human rights that protect freedom of thought, conscience, and religion or belief. These rights allow individuals to hold their beliefs, change them, and express them individually or with others, in public or private.
Privileges: These are advantages granted or available only to a particular person or group.
The confusion between privileges and rights in this context may stem from differing interpretations of religious freedom, misunderstandings about the limits of that freedom, and different views on how rights should be balanced when they conflict.
