Why do so many people not realize that the things they call "RIGHTS" are actually" PRIVLIGES"?

There's no such thing as "Right to Free Speech", "Right to "Bare Arms, "Right to Remain Silent", "Right to an Education", "Right to Due Process", etc...

This document means NOTHING. It doesn't guarantee you ANYTHING.

These are all policies that were created by your government, and can technically be revoked at any given moment, and they HAVE been before. If it can be taken away from you, it's not a right, but a PRIVLIGE.

The only RIGHTS you have are your, "God Given Rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."

The fact that someone else can usurp a right or that you can voluntarily trade a right, does not mean that the right is a "privilege" anymore than the fact that someone can steal your car means that your car was only borrowed.

A "right" is defined as anything you could do in a state of Nature, or what we might now call "natural rights". This is clearly not the grant of any other person (including but not limited to the state) but rather from nature itself inherit in your existence.

This natural rights includes ability like using any land or killing anyone.

Because said rights can be usurped by others who might prevent you from using said land or take your right to life. Men organize defensive pacts in which they agree to cede specific rights such as the right to kill or use any land in other to protect other rights like their right to life or to use a particular piece of land.

Theses organizations are called governments, and they did not grant anyone any rights, but rather its members ceded specific rights in organizing to protect the others.

When the Magna Carta limited the power of the King in the early 13th Century it started to demonstrate that governing a people was itself a privilege that could be revoked.

That's probably something we as the modern equivalent of serfs should point out to Satan Klaus Schwab and his Orcs.

Yes, of course the Bill of Rights mean nothing. The document means nothing, nothing at all.
And it can (technically?) be revoked (yes, really) at any given moment!! Like even this very moment. or this one. or this one or...

Therefore, so the syllogism concludes, the Bill of Rights in the Constitution are... wait for it... only privileges?
However if you mix God into this nomenclatural stew, you can cook up the real rights, (right?) the only rights, the holy rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of blah blah blah.

The fact that a right can be usurped does not mean it is not a right anymore than the fact that your property can be stolen does not mean that it was not your property.

It is unfortunate @juliaanita that thanks to centuries of power hungry politicians the idea of rights have been conflated with the concept of services said politician claim to be able to force others to provide.

When in fact the concept of rights is a rather simple acknowledgement of what you could and could not do in the State of Nature (without other people). This is why your rights are said to come form nature Not the State. Just as it is explicitly said that the State itself is a human construct build on top of nature in which men have agreed to cede select rights for the protection of other rights.

It is in this regard the the list of restrictions on the federal goverment can be called a "bill of rights" simply because it preserves more rights by restricting the goverment.

Yes, they are "privileges" of free citizens that have been agreed upon as to how our society will function.

The fact that the State has/does infringe upon them doesn't make the ideas they embody worthless, it simply means the citizenry must always remain fiercely vigilant in defense of them.
