Which human rights are neglected in modern day America?

Human rights as defined by the united nations. Or other human rights you can find.

Apparently slavery is abolished. And yet we have a vast amount of jobs with low salaries being occupied and the higher paid ones diminishing exponentially the higher the payroll is.

I mean OK, slavery by definition is forced unpaid labor. But we are not that far off from it either because the level above that is called proletarian.

Or in real world examples people working 2-3 jobs or divorced men being forced to pay alimoney and child support to their exes, leaving them impoverished.

And then we have a violation of privacy happening on a daily basis with Google, Microsoft, Facebook and many more data mining companies. But this happens globally rather than just in the US.

In Germany I consider not being able to possess firearms a violation to the right to protect yourself. But that's just the quirk with Germany.
