Religion is just a man-made tool to control people through fear and intimidation, so scratch that part. Spiritual is having to believe in the supernatural so I am sorta open-minded on that part based on my past experiences and things that go bump in the night. The only thing I can affirm any faith in is the ruling power of the universe which is seen and felt all over, the force of nature.

Depends on how you're definitely "spiritual". Suffice it to say, I am a practicing traditional Catholic. I attend Mass at least every Sunday and pray regularly throughout the day; I pray the Rosary at least once per day and the Angelus three times (6 AM, noon, and 6 PM).
