What would you do if the Third World War broke out and the World returned to the first ages?

Imagine that the Russia-Ukraine war is growing, and the allies are also involved in the war, and nuclear weapons are flying in the air ☢️ This means that more than half of humanity will die and the end of technology ⛔️📱💻🛸⛔️.

And you became one of the rare people who survived the World war. There is no technology, there are almost no people, the world has almost returned to the early ages 🗿🛖 what would you do?

Which I think it is possible for such an event to take place. Because it seems that the Russia🇷🇺-China🇨🇳-Iran🇮🇷 triad will no longer submit to the West.

If world war 3 broke out the reality of how hard life would be trying to survive after that means that I would honestly hope to die.

Picture trying to survive Judgement day. Even if you manage to survive get out of the craters of irradiated cities you still have to contend with the atomic fallout, that radioactive dust carried by the wind. Water & food you may forage & hunt might be radioactive. Then there's nuclear winter where soot from the firestorms and explosions of various nuclear weapons is thrown into the atmosphere blocking the sun which means climate change cooling the planet and blocking out the sun which would result I'm massive crop failure and death of wildlife and plants. This breeds famine and where there's famine there's disease. Any surviors would be dieing of cancers and tumours, people would find themselves infertile and even impotent due to the radiation and children would be born with birth defects.

As for fighting with sticks and stones, no there would be plenty of guns and ammunition for survivors.

Depends what you mean by "first ages".

As we were actually BETTER, stronger and more able back then. The "hunter gatherer" myth is more to make people today feel better about themselves today.

When in fact people were able to work, provide, build their own house and be a part of their community. All without relying on politicians, manufacturers and investors to enable them to beforehand.

We wouldn't return to the first age, because memes literally exist. The ideas of currency, laws, civic society, and empiricism aren't going to disappear in a post-apocalyptic world. Society would collapse, technology and expertise would be lost, but the societies that re-emerged wouldn't be paleolithic family units, they'd still be informed by a lot of the concepts that shape the societies right now.
