How come people believe that humans evolve but they don't believe that the stars and planets evolved?

The sun is pretty complex using fusion and fission to produce heat and energy. And planets with their whole atmosphere and ecosystem is another can of worms. But we look at human beings which are probably definitely more complex than either of those. And we say that we had a million billion years to get it right. But a lot of evolutionary scientists believes that the universe was right The instinate was made. So why would human beings need mistakes and different iterations but the universe only needs one chance to get it right?

The universe would never exist if there would be an error.

While life is always adapting to changed environment. Or more specific, the environment and/or a change in the environment benefits certain traits of individuals which will than give them better survivial chances and will benifit their reproductive cycle. And these offsprings will inherit the trait and so on.

Stars and planets do evolve in that they change over time. They go through natural processes. Stars are part of the evolution of humans. But unlike biological organisms, stars and planets are not self replicators with impulse to compete for reaources in order to spread. They are simply artifacts of their environment.

From physics you get chemistry and from chemistry you get biology.

After the big bang, only stars formed. Many of those were the larger, more volatile and unstable type of stars which churned out new chemical reactions and materials which ultimately itself produced even more new stuff. It's all a process which eventually led to humans.

But scientists believe that the universe is too finely tune to get it right in the first try. That why a lot of them subscribe to the infinite universe theory. With infinite universes, there are chances where the strongs force of the nuclei meet the requirements to form stars. So how come they can believe in an infinite universe but they can't believe that human beings don't need infinite chances to get evolution, right?

No, scientists don't believe that. You have been fed misinformation. Scientists don't even know if it can be any other way. Without confirmation on what happens at larger energy scales which likely existed at or prior to the big bang. It is theorised that there may be a grand unified theory where the strong, weak and electromagnetic forces become the same. This is hypothesized because the weak force grows stronger at closer scales and the strong force gets weaker. If it happened that there was a state where the forces were one, then it is likely that it is not possible for the laws of nature to be different.

You should google it. It's the notion that scientists or some scientists believe that the universe is finally tuned to the point where it's absurd to think it happened by chance.

I think the odds are akin to winning the lottery for a million years straight.

So because they can't explain why it's so finally tuned on the first try. They come up with a infinite universe theory.

No that isn't what the anthropic principle is. Where are you getting these ideas? It is merely the fact that we find ourselves in a universe we can exist in. It is actually used to dismiss ideas like "fine tuning".

There is no evidence of "tuning". The currently understood laws of physics are descriptive. Not prescriptive. There is no way to accurately come up with a "probability" or "odds" that the physics of the universe such as values of forces, scalar fields etc. can be what they are out of any other options because we don't know of other options. There is no "first try" here.

Stars and planets are the result of physical forces. They never got it right, they are simply how the laws of physics shaped them. Life is the result of sex and death, what is right is always changing and you never really keep up.
