Do you believe in an afterlife or no afterlife upon death and why?

Yea logically thinking everything is cause and effect, you can't have an effect without a cause, so that brings me to the universe, the creation of the universe is the effect but what's the cause, the universe creating itself is saying the effect made the effect and that makes no sense, there's gotta be something outside the universe and that is God, our creator, I believe it's the Christian God because following the bible I've gotten answers and I'm certain there's an afterlife, of course i can't make others believe it but I personally do

Nope. I think it’s extremely unlikely. To me any belief in an afterlife is magical thinking. No point wondering or hoping for me. Doesn’t matter anyway. What is, is. I likely won’t know the difference. Live now. You’ll be dead a lot longer than you’re alive. And we are not superior beings in the entire galaxy who deserve a concept like after life.

I believe that God is loving and just. And so I don't worry about it. I just concern myself with doing God's will andctrust he'll put me where I need to be.
