I don't know if I fully believe in it, but I hope it exists
I don't believe in it
I've never given it much thought, tbh 🤷♀️

Trending & News I do since I have heard plenty of evidence for one from multiple people who don't know each other. Although the evicence of them is dead people talking to them and them actually see it, interestingly the correlation was that they were all autistic.
What the afterlife is exactly I don't know. I like to believe whatever it is your stuck with how you became. So if your a good person who is happy with themselves your now eternally good and happy. If you can hardly life with your guilt thats permanent to. You become your own heaven or hell that way.
I don’t know. I’ll truly know when I’m dead.
My thoughts and feelings go rampant, can’t really land on a concrete answer.
One of my thoughts that sticks with me is “your loved one is in Hell, but you are in Heaven is it still Heaven without them?”
I believe there’s more to existence than just existing in a physical body, but being alive and able to touch, taste, feel is all privileges we don’t experience on the “other side”
I believe in the afterlife after temporary ending up there in a near death experience of mine from 9 years ago.
Take care of yourselves.
Seriously.
Life is precious.

Personally I say beleive in whatever brings you comfort.
Before I was me I have no conscious memory so I can only conclude logically that this is ultimately where i will return when i cease to be.
Ashes to ashes , dust to dust.
I do not. i have looked into it extensively as well as reincarnation... i just don't see the evidence. im very open to changing my mind though.
Nope i think how we were before we were born is how it will be after death. We just cease to be. Thus this life is all we get. so carpe diem!
Yes, I believe in it. I am Roman Catholic although not going to church due to laziness. I have been reading about Swedenborg as well as Kant and find it fascinating although I am not 100% bought in to what Swedenborg claims but I also am not like Kant.
If I am wrong about an afterlife no one will know and it won’t matter. The people who would be right in that situation won’t know and it also won’t matter.
@Grond21 Hey was from the 1600 and the 1700s as he lived for 84 years. He says he was invited into the spirit world by Jesus. This is where you go when you die and eventually you yourself sort yourself into heaven and hell based on what you love. If you love God and serving others you naturally gravitate to heaven of which there are three levels for a lack of a better word. If you love domination, greed and such you choose hell where you and others do that to each other. You aren’t assigned or judged and put there, you choose it by what you love.
Jesus brought him there over a period of 24 years to show him so he could help correct the church which was focused on ritual instead of helping your neighbor. Helping and loving others grows the tendencies that will steer you to heaven after death. After death you cannot change what you love so that is your path which will always be what you loved on earth.
Kant basically mocked Swedenborg but he also admitted he couldn’t explain some of the predictions Swedenborg made. One was even validated personally by the Queen of Sweden who asked him something about her brother and Swedenborg retrieved the answer from the spirit world as he was dead. There were a few other major predictions including the date of his own death weeks beforehand and a major fire that he recounted in real time to many people even though it was very far away. Swedenborg was originally a scientist. On his deathbed his friend and pastor asked him if he wished to recant what he said and he said it was absolutely true.
I've thought about it but don't believe evidence for an afterlife. So I'm agnostic on the issue. I suspect that we just die like everything else. But Heaven, Hell, Valhalla, reincarnation, ... who knows.
One day my manager trusted me with something he experienced. I don't even remember how I got to the topic. But his autistic son said there was a man in the room standing in a raincoat holding up a ball asking to play soccer.
My manager was surprised. He began asking what the man looked like. His son began describing his own grandfather to him, except he had never told his son about his grandfatther neither did the kid know what he looked like, that he always wore rain coats and that he loved playing soccer with him.
Fast forward a year or so later and I am chatting to a former school friend in the park as we saw each other. The topic also comes up and he trusts me with the fact he's interacted with dead people to. he's also diagnosed with autism.
I have heard the story from a few people now, so I don't think we stop existing when we die.
I also don't know the form. I don't think we can know and maybe not even comprehend. I do have my own theory of course. I think we live in a world inside of another. When we die we go back to that one. Its kinda in our nature since in our reality people are also trying to invent devices that let you experience an entire lifetime in a weekend in some sort of dream state.
But the way I assume this universe was created was the same way dreams are constructed. But not by a singular being, by the collective. Its an experience for us to inhabit and for me its quite clear the goal is for us to be able to transform who we are. Maybe transforming isn't as easy outside of it.
But at the end of the day its fun speculation and I doubt I randomly guessed it correct.
No, heaven, hell and purgatory are imaginary places.
Why? Because a soul is not material:
It can't enjoy heaven, it can't be tormented in hell, it can't be purified in purgatory.
I believe in reincarnation, from a scientific point of view:
Human mind is a form of energy, and we all know that energy never disappears, it only changes the form.
I believe in an afterlife and spirits and I could tell some stories but everyone just laughs at me and that's before I even tell them the stories. 😳
I do. I'm just stuck between believing we are reincarnated or we go to heaven after death. I think it's a bit of both. But I don't know. Maybe it's just heaven.
You forgot the third option... Hell 👹
Yeah that's true I did
That's true it does
@lilBigPotato Welcome to Hell!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Also known as social media 🤣
Yes i believe it because i overdosed one time and i clearly Remember my heart fluttering and my soul detaching from my body multiple times it was a very weird feeling like flying outside your body but your aware of your surroundings.
I’d say i don’t believe in it, even though it’s pretty nice to believe there is something else after death isn't it
I believe in a constant reincarnation loop rather than a afterlife destination like heaven or hell.
I am on the fence, but I’d love to believe it exists. It would be nice to see my family again.
@beebella I wish I did, as it would make "life' more livable
Yeah, I mean this life cannot be all there is to it.. I mean if it were.. No biggie, but human have too much curiosity and belief inside us for this to be the only life there is..
It would be nice if there is something afterlife. Sadly I think there is nothing.
I sure hope it gets better than this, although Earth life has it's moments.
I believe it’s just something humans made up too make other people feel better about dying
as a quranist muslim it is must or else no point in believing god or anything else for me.
I do not believe in an afterlife, no.
Would be nice but I don't believe in it
Yes, I believe in it
