As a believer of Christ, should you be discerning of listening to pastors who speak prophetically?

Like pastors who say things like “I decree and declare. This is your winning season.” Almost like they’re commanding God.

It’s wise to be discerning about anyone who teaches and preaches. Is what they are prophesying “fore-telling” or “forth-telling”? Meaning are they trying to predict the future and playing God, or are they teaching about what has already been told through scripture?

Don't believe anyone just because they are a pastor, most of them are fakes to begin with.
