Are Pentecostal people judgmental?

About a year ago I was attending the Assemblies of God church. Now I finally realized Christianity is not a religion or a church building Christianity is a relationship with God. During the time I was there the pastor talk about how if you donated money to the church the more money the more chances you be blessed and make it to heaven. The pastor care more about tighing rather then saving souls. One time we were at this buffet for our woman church conference for all woman and how to be a good Christian woman. I saw a bionary person struggling holding his tray and trying to grab the silverware. I saw how he was struggling so I went up to binary person out took the meal to the table so not to long it took for my pastor to ask to speak privately the pastor lost it and he was yelling ask me why I help this individual. I show the pastor the scripture about loving our neighbors and the scripture about I shall not judge according to the pastor in his opinion he told me to keep silence that how that individual will go to hell. Not only that after someone went and told the pastor that I had tip the waiter $100 and about how I help a woman pay for her medical needs the pastor got even more upset requesting that I must pay 50% of my income to the church and just stay focus at the church. I left for good that was. my last straw and never look back. Now I am attending a Lutheran church and I used the 10% of my income to help out people. I invited one time one of my friends who is a Jehovah witness and still the pastor said she was demonic. But yet he insisted she come to church and pay tighing. All this pastor spoke about was tighing rather then wanting to help people for their salvation. I was accused of being a witch all because I couldn't speak in tongues. A lot t of Pentecostal beliefs do not make since. I have learn we can still be loving and caring people without having the need to belong into a religion. Anyone here left Assemblies of God Pentecostal church?
