Did GOD create us, or did we create GOD? How do you know?

The god we know from books was created by us, I refuse to believe something that evil exists. That's why I don't understand all the people worshipping this being.
If there is a God, that God either doesn't have the power to interfere and has just been observing us since the beginning of life or eventhough it has the power to interject it has decided to treat us like an experiment and refuses to influence us beyond planting the seed for life to start.
I however do not believe in a god.

We can never know if there is a god but we can point to the overwhelming evidence of absence and draw the obvious conclusion.

Using the bible to try and prove a bias held as a result of it is not valid. Faith in the religious context means to believe based on spiritual conviction as opposed to proof. In common usage, it means trust. As in being faithful to one another.

I think we just became aware of God.

God simply is and our religions are various ways of connecting to or trying to understand.

We created god. It is an imaginary concept created by humans. There is no verifiable or reliable evidence of God in nature. It is a human construct in that everything ever said, heard written or read about gods comes from human imagination. This is a controversial fact but it is true.

Although there is no solid evidence which is verifiably indicative of gods, it is important to respect the sensitivities, insecurities and delusions of religious believers where they do no harm.

learn the word delusion instead of misused it. like saying the sky is always pink. misused words that have meaning. about evidence in nature that is like saying "no evidence of fish in clouds therefore i reject existence of fish' look in the correct place not limit the search to nature.
