I don't have the most of the bible verses on romance memorized but it's hard to pick out a single verse cause some of the verses about romance speak from the male perspective, and some from the female, and I'm not sure there are too many that speak from both perspectives.

A female perspective I can think of is, my cheeks are like pomegranates which can be interpreted in different ways. You could say it means that man savours her joy as if it was food he was eating, so that bringing her happiness brings him happiness.

You could say the man desires the little details in her behavioural conduct and not just the scoping the big picture, which is why her cheeks are like pomengranates, You could say the male partner delights in the little details and not just the big picture, since the pomegranate is made of many little details. You could say that since the pomegranate is divided like the two cheeks, that she loves the union her and her partner share, or that he celebrates her vulnerabilities because it gives her a chance to protect her since fruit that is cut open is very easy to crush etc...

You could also say that as fruit disappears when it's eaten, that the relationship needs constant maintenance and is not a stationary and unchanging condition where the effort ends after marriage etc... you could say that since a pomegranate is composed of multiple seeds, that their conversation is built on fruitful and solid ideas that have a real and tangible bases in their physical lives so the two partners have intellectual banter with each other.

You could say that as the fruit incases the seed of the pomegranate, that their loving relationship adds a personalized dimension to the mundane details of their lives etc...
