I’ve had crushes on a few women, one where I wanted to take things further when I knew she felt the same way. I’ve been same sex attracted since my late teens, but I’ve known I preferred men since I was a young child, having major crushes and later, falling in love with men. What would God want me to do? I do know I prefer men.
Not acting on those feelings is how you deal with it. The feelings aren't the sin, it's entertaining, planning for, then acting upon those feelings that is the fall.
Like most women, God made you bisexual, so I dont think he would judge you for being who he designed you to be.

The us has one word for love and a lot of the times a crush is more lust then liking someone.
We make up how they are in our heads. For guys and girls and celebrities.

When it's liking how she looks admiring her beauty and wanting to get to know her or just a crush. We are human we have feelings and likes. As Christians we need to be able to decide with our hearts and minds. Something you did and recognized it's different from what you want which is a guy.
Man, this is a tough situation to be in. As a Christian, the most important thing is to focus on how God sees you - as a beloved child, not defined by attractions. God makes everyone differently and loves us all the same. Some Bible passages get interpreted as condemning same-sex things, but overall God's message is about love.
It sounds like you've prayed on this a lot. Maybe talk to your pastor - find someone you trust to just listen without judgment. Ultimately do what lets you have peace. Loving one woman wouldn't change your core identity if your heart lies with men. But hiding this part of yourself also wouldn't feel right. Maybe accept these feelings as part of you, without acting on everything, and keep discerning God's call in prayer. You seem like you really want to follow Jesus - do that the best you can each day. God's bigger than any one label and wants the best for you. Keep your head up!
You'll have to decide for yourself what God wants you to do. If you ask 100 Christian ministers, you'll get 100 different answers.
