It’s inherently harmful, divisive, and outdated. It’s a tool used to manipulate people, to convince good people to do horrible things.


People always say that religion does good, and that the world would be depraved without it, but there’s a good question by Matt Dillahunty: “Tell me one thing religion does that cannot be achieved through secular means?” So far no answer has been provided

One thing religion does is allows for Faith and Hope outside of ourselves. Less likely to feel depressed or hopeless when we know that God is love
