Anyone just feeling a really heavy energy right now?

Just feels like everything is coming to a head in this new year and been feeling a bit depressed lately. Whether it’s world events, personal stuff I’m dealing with, feeling stuck and desperately wanting to be “unstuck”… missing people… wishing things were different. Hoping this is the pull-back before things shoot straight up in the new year.

I had some of my biggest breakthroughs before painful events. Usually the more painful the event was, the bigger the breakthrough was. I got sick around the 22nd or earlier and I believe my sickness has changed my brain because my new sensitivity has made me less aggressive and bitter. It was like somebody poured water into my brain cause my hormonal changes made me let go of grudges in ways I never thought of.

It’s felt like I’ve absolutely had to grow to have utter disdain for the world… hate it, in order to just not give a rip about asking for what I want… or at this point, what I need… tired of getting walked on.

Wouldn’t have gotten this way if people just looked at you and respected what you do for them, but people are people. I didn’t want to ever have to be this way either, but yeah… roundabout way of saying that I feel you there lol

I believe that resistance is used to test or strengthen you. I know if I was not resisted as much as I was, I would not have the coping skills I do now, cause many people would be mentally unstable with the people I have to deal with but I’m calm and relaxed.

I know this feeling. Lately I've been feeling this way. I try to do things that cheer me up. It's not easy, but it's the best I can do.
