I don't know what’s going on, some nights I’m not getting much sleep, and then others I will to make up for it, but then it’s like a couple days later I’ll be feeling weird again. Today it’s like I felt extremely foggy mentally, and almost felt like I was going to pass out mid stride walking through the hall at work.
Just a lot on my mind and feeling stressed and it’s like the whole world almost feels like it’s caving in. I don't know just feeling very weird these days.

Yeah man, I totally get what you mean. Things have felt super heavy lately like something weird is going on. Almost like the world is vibrating different or something... hard to explain.
It messes with your head too when you're not sleeping right. I try to sleep whenever I can on weekends to balance it out but doesn't always work. Then I just feel drained at work and all foggy like you said. Everything seems louder and brighter too, like my senses are on overdrive.
Stress piling up definitely doesn't help either. Got so much stuff weighing on my mind at all times, I just wanna zone out ya know? Feels like a ton of pressure. All these freaky thoughts too, can't seem to shut em off.
Don't worry man, I'm sure it's just a temporary funk we're both in. Sometimes bodies and brains just get out of whack for a bit. Might help to try relaxing stuff like walks outside, yoga or whatever chills you out after work. And make sure you're eating good meals too to keep your energy up.
We'll pull through it, just gotta ride it out I s'pose. At least you know you ain't the only one feeling weird, so you're not alone. Keep your head up dude - it'll pass!
I can’t really explain it, but yes. I have a lot going on and I’ve got a lot of stress, but it’s not new or usual. Whatever is going on is definitely effecting my mood and sleep schedule more than normal.
that might be due to a change in routine. try to keep to a routine closing your eyes to sleep at the same time each night
