How come space can be seen with a telescope but heaven cannot be seen with a telescope?

It's because space is in the way and blocks our view. Researchers have been trying to solve this problem for years, but have far been unsuccessful.

Proposed solutions usually fall into one of two camps: use telescopes to look for cracks or holes in space that we could see through, or blow space up with rockets. Unfortunately, telescopes have so far only been able to find more space, and rockets consistently pass right through it as if there was nothing there.

It's an area of ongoing study.

many answers, heaven can be the place of the stars , as the word is used in bible so you can see that place except it is transparent and empty or it can refer to the place where birds fly in genesis chapter one called heaven so again transparent clear air, cannot be seen. if you mean spirit heaven then a physical lense and physical eyes are unable to see spiritual like we can't see dark matter.
