Do you believe deceased people can communicate with us in some form or fashion?

I'm kinda 50/50 on that. On one hand, I know it happens. The night after dad died, everybody else was in bed after making all the funeral arrangements but, I was hungry so, I decided to make a couple hamburgers. While I'm sitting in the kitchen waiting for them to cook, suddenly, I could SWEAR I heard dad yell, jokingly, "Get me the hell out of here!!" I sat up and listened more intently and he said it again!
My ex-fiance told me about this one morning she was leaving her apt. on the way to the library to study and she spotted this little girl about 5 years old in an old-fashioned dress about 100 years old. She was just standing next to the cellar door in the hallway which only locks via a sliding bolt from INSIDE the stairs! She walked over and talked to her for a moment and then ran out the front door of the house to catch her bus. She got as far as the front porch and realized she'd forgotten something and rushed back in to get it. She was only outside about 2 seconds. When she came back in, the girl was gone! There was NO PLACE she could've gone without Anu seeing or at least hearing her, the stairs going up to the 2nd floor made a lot of noise and there was no carpeting so, the sound, even from the 3rd floor steps, reverbs through the whole hallway.
My ex-sister has told us of quite a few ghosts at her place. Her son was even pushed clear across the kitchen by one.
But, my aunt told me that she was gonna come visit me after she died and I've even invited her. mom, dad, and grandma to do so but, so far, nothing! I've been completely alone here almost 100% of the time since she died 3 years ago. So, other than that thing with dad, I've had no personal experience that allows me to say 100% they exist but, I've seen and heard hundreds of stories from people about them. Until one actually shows up and talks to me or proves to me in some other way, I'm on the fence.
On one hand, that thing with dad COULD'VE been something else but, I DID have a source of white noise around me at the time, the burgers sizzling so, it COULD'VE been real!

I have never seen a ghost nor knowingly communicated with a spirit. Let’s say that I don’t disbelieve that they do exist. Some things and thought just can’t be explained.
For example. When you decide against something and you would have been killed if you would’ve went through with whatever!

In Islam, the belief is that once a person passes away, their soul moves on to the afterlife, and communication between the living and the deceased is not possible. The Quran states, "And behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected." (Quran 23:100). This verse indicates that there is a barrier between the living and the deceased until the Day of Judgment.

Islam teaches that the deceased are not able to communicate with the living or intervene in their affairs. Instead, believers are encouraged to remember and pray for their deceased loved ones, but direct communication with them is not part of Islamic belief.

Furthermore, seeking communication with the deceased through mediums, séances, or other supernatural means is considered forbidden in Islam, as it goes against the teachings of monotheism and can lead to practices associated with superstition and shirk (associating partners with Allah).

Ultimately, in Islam, communication with the deceased is not possible, and believers are encouraged to focus on living righteous lives and preparing for the afterlife.

I lost my mother in Oct of 23 & my oldest brother last week. I also lost my father about 12-13 years ago. None of them has contacted me from the great beyond yet.

No because the dead know nothing, the bible says. Both the dead who are risen and the people currently alive at the time will go to heaven at the same time, the bible says.

No I think a deceased person has lived their life. Sure you can hear them say something in your memory but that´s not like them talking to you but rather your brain bringing back a certain memory.

Never mind can create things that we think we see so it’s hard to know especially if you’re living alone you may experience things that other people don’t
