Depends on afterlife ideology. In old Slavic culture souls which wait for reincarnation aren't conscious. In Germanic culture in case Valkyries bring your soul to chamber of Odin or meadow of Freya, you will meat other souls on never ending party. In Islam when you commit a terror act in name of Islam or you convince someone to commit one, you get virgins which magically renew their hymen every night.
So we can see some priorities.
