if muslim countries stopped using national law for enforce sharia law and sharia law didn't influence national law, and people could choose, there, would all the muslims in muslim countries choose to stay muslim?

@jennz6 The Bridal gift (Mahr) is a totally reverse obligation of men compared to Dowry, wherein women’s family had to bear the burden. However in Islam in order to have your rights over your wife you have to pay the bridal gift.

Women have upper hand in the divorce in Islam for women compared to men. For example if a man divorces a woman by uttering “Talaq” he shall take care of all the needs of his wife for 3 months: 1st month he has a chance to reunite, if it does not occur then there will be 2nd chance then likewise after 3 months if he can not reunite and takes care of all financial needs of women for 3 months he can never again marry her, until she is widowed or divorced by another man involuntarily.

Whereas women once she utters “Khula” has unlimited time to reunite with her husband until she remarries one. She has no financial burden, the custody of kids until their puberty is with women later it is the choice of the kid.

Man has the burden to financially fulfill with the needs of the family, but nothing obstructs woman if she wants to earn and stand on her own feet.

a woman who is a mother has three times (3X) more importance than a father of child.

More importance=A mother carries a child in her womb for nine months, gives birth to it, nurtures the child, many times sacrificing her needs for the sake of the child. we know how much mothers suffer for their child without sleepless nights for their child.
