Nothing, because the English is the same as the Latin (since we use the same alphabet), not the Hebrew, so for US, it's 616. It represents Nero, the Roman emperor, as a mirroring of the opposing leaders from when the battle of Armageddon took place.

Those who worship the beast and his image will have the symbolic mark put upon their hand and forehead 666. Those who don't follow God's laws with have the mark put upon them. That being said, Satan's mark is the false 1st day Sunday sabbath and God's mark is the 7th day Sabbath which is called Saturday.
