I think it has a lot of false information , or at least twisted truth

and a lot of the "healers" just feed off your energy for money

a lot of spiritual narcissism too , when u think ur superior to others bc they don't understand spirituality and that "they don't get me" "im on a special mission" that's all ego trap and your mind lets u think ur "awakened" when ur not
