Easter Sunday what are your plans?

this holy week was the most meaningful holy week of my life so far. i run out of money so i decided to budget and so i plan not to go to church on holy Thursday then boom i saw a huge bright cross in the sky. it made me 😮.


and since i am so pump up i decided to watch movie about the death of Jesus. i don't really like watching such kind of shows by the way. i have not even watched passion of christ the movie.


anyway i watch the Filipino Kristo and since it is in Tagalog my national language i understand it better and honestly less borinh because it is different when it is close to home.


don't get me wrong i love American stuff because growing up i'm used to watching local Filipino tv shows that has similar aura with the American.


there's just similarity. the obvious difference is just that ours are more conservative but it's quite similar.


anyway it moved me and push me to be with Jesus with his gory sufferings. accompany him just like the women like Mary Magdalene, Mary his mother and others who accompany him with his ordeal.


anyway i ended my Easter Sunday cooking fried chicken i don't usually cook this but you gotta do what you gottq do 😭i actually love the taste of it.


i am adult but i'm not really used to adulting 🤦🏻‍♀️

We are at my parents home. All the kids had their egg hunt earlier this morning and now the challenge of keeping the candy out of their mouth's until after dinner. Mom and sister in law are getting ham and lamb ready for oven, I remain zoo keeper of all the kids, the men are out back trap shooting.

Spending with family at my place. I told them I was making the food and if they wanted to bring wine and dessert that's fine. So they all made entrees lol. My Italian American family lol. I had to try not to insult a few family members by saying I bought a lot of food that I plan on making because I can't eat or freeze all of what I bought. Hence the I'm making the food lol.
