It's not possible to know. We know our senses can be fooled, and you can't verify that what you've sensed is real without using the very senses you're trying to test.
"I think, therefore I am." You know that famous thing that some person said? This is what that thing was referring to. The fact that you're here, aware, able to question whether or not you exist, proves that you do, but that's all you really can definitively prove. You exist, but you can't know for sure what you actually are, or what the world you live in is like, or whether or not other people actually exist.
I hope your trip was good and you didn't wig out pondering life's greatest questions.

Lately I been reaching for things and tasting things that are not there. Ok before you say something about nuts lol, it happens for like a split second of dosing off. Beside I really have no idea for sure if I’m not actually live in a dream, if you knew my life you would understand.

it is possible... some mental illnesses work that way. If we believe something is real, then it IS real...
but I prefer to touch, smell or feel... for me it's real enough

i heard that philosophical doubt but that can be countered by confirmatiuon. i mean if i see a red light and i stop and the person beside me also stops then the red light was real not my imagination.
similarly if i argue with someone he is not saying what i think so that must be real.
