For me living in America nothing seems real here whether it be most people, the news, food, social media, politics etc. Its like nothing except the love I have for my husband and our family is real.

I'm an empath and I can look into people's eyes and know exactly if they're telling me the truth or if they're not

Well, it really has always been this way. You need to be able to spot a fake. It takes getting burned a couple of times I think before you figure it out. Even then there are new scams being thought of every day. I always look for if somebody wants a credit card number os some other forms of payment and 99% it is always some kind of scam. Charities are the worst. Unless you really know the organization and are sure that they really do what they say I won't give to any of them.

The news is often fake. Designed to brainwash the ignorant / stupid. Social media is not real. Its narcissistic. You are better off without it. Porn is not real sex. They are paid actors. Fast food is fake. Its bad food, designed to get you "high" on dopamine, through sugars and fats and carbs. Hence, addiction. It makes you depressed, and crave another ”fix”. talk shows, are narcissism concealed. All "me me me" and stupid tantrums when things dont go their way. It's true. None of those things are real. One has to discover reality on one's own. There is nature - trees, flowers, bodies of water, animals; good food, beautiful sights and smells all around us; delightful sounds; physical touch; emotion. There are people we see, people we meet, people we know, people we love.

What we are shown by media is deception. And a lot of commercially produced foods are not what they appear to be.

I have to argue with some. Celebrities indeed can be role models (Albert Einstein, Greta Thunberg, Muhammad, my Flower Girl, and Sir Isaac influenced me), fast food can be food (fruits are quite fast to make), porn can be sex (a video of two partners having sex can be porn), and I have met many comrades via Facebook.
