Because it is more than a mere "religion". Christianity poisoned much of the minds of people into thinking what a "religion" is. When in fact Christianity barely qualifies as a religion, it's more a cult and institution on steroids than a faith.

Islam is simply monotheism, and rejecting all polytheism. The rest is just cultural and national differences.

A Japanese Muslim, is no different in their faith than a Jewish Muslim, or to a White American Muslim etc. They believe in One God, offer their 5 salat, fast in the Ramadhan and so on.

Their differences arise only from their languages and politics. Christians implanted the notions that only "White religion" could be allowed to prevail and the Nazi's carried on much of the legacy. These days it's more subtle but it's laughable when you have Blacks and other natives lauding their "Christian roots".

You cannot help such fools.
