Whether it's that space between, dreaming, hallucinating or a realm like a heaven or hell or paradise or a place like a reincarnation "the best of, the lights are on, yet nobody else is home, lol" technically. Thoughts? Whats in the afterlife lol if there is or just nothing. Nothing. Nothing... since we all die someday, I thought for laughs I'd ask perspectives on what's after, if anything, when I'm an old old man and it takes me by surprise or in my sleep like all of us natural causes eventually , I'm just asking what folks think, as death is as certain as oxygen we breathe or water for drink. Lol.

i think that our entire life experience (including the perception of self, which we call consciousness) only exists as a consequence of our mind interpreting what's happening. our mind does not exist without our functioning brain. death is pretty much defined as the end of the functioning brain and thus with it ends anything that we refer to as "experience" or "self".
