Why do Christians think cheating on your girlfriend is a sin or a girl cheating on her boyfriend is a sin?

I've talked to many Christians that believe this nonsense. Cheating on your girlfriend is NOT a sin neither a girl cheating on her boyfriend. There's zero evidence of this from scriptures.
It is NOT adultery which is breaking the sanctity of marriage. Where you're cheating on someone you're NOT sinning because it is impossible to say dating someone is adultery

Marriage in scripture is A LOT different than marriage in reality. In scripture , if you slept with a woman, you were determined to be married to her.

It's not a sin to cheat on your girlfriend. You cannot find me a single scripture that says so. Even on a girl you are engaged with.

It doesn't specifically say that cheating on your boyfriend or girlfriend is a sin but it sure says that the general effects of cheating on your non-married partner without naming it are.

And just so we're clear, even having sex with your girlfriend is a sin. But commiting one sin mutually against each other (premarital sex) doesn't allow you to commit more sins against them.

And it's clear that it's not as bad as adultery, but it's still bad to emotionally hurt others.

This is not possible under Christian theology. Because you're not supposed to be having sex before marriage. So to call yourself a practicing Christian and having sex before marriage you're ALREADY sinning. So in the CONTEXT of "sex" you can't be cheating on your boyfriend or girlfriend.
