If adultery in the bible is bad, isn't worshipping God while married adultery?

Hi guys, there is always something niggling at me about the bible that makes me wonder about this question: adultery is bad, no question about it in any sense, however, if God demands that you worship him and only him, but allows you to be married. Yet you still have to attend to His needs and your husband's, if going by the bible, doesn't it make God the homewrecker?

God is meant to be all good and Lucifer who fell from grace because of questions asked as well as a disagreement of views, then why did God make adultery bad, yet commit it himself if he asks humans to keep worshipping him while married?

Please note: This is not an attack on the religion, nor am I religious so do not attack me for not being religious or for not understanding. I am trying to understand what makes certain religions more appealing to the masses when certain things in the teachings are creating opposition to each other. Thank You.

I would also like to point out that any question i do ask is to have a discussion about religions themselves, their teachings and human nature. Some of my questions may seem childish or stupid to many of you, however, i myself am neither unless I CHOOSE to be. In this case, i am not. I want to understand faith and devotion, why is it the way it is? What compels a human to give this to someone they do not even know?

Yeah... Sure.. Lmao.. But you got a few things wrong.. God doesn't need you to worship him nor does he demand it because that defeats the very purpose of worship.. Which is a voluntary experience of adorable and reverence because you love him.. Also it can't be adultery because there's nothing sexual about it.. He's inviting both spouses to make him the ultimate head of their marriage..

No, because the Christian mindset doesn't say that you are supposed to worship your husband. It also places god at both the center of the marriage/relationship.

You're supposed to worship, praise, and honor God as both individuals and as a couple. The relationship is a separate entity from the individual people in the relationship, if that makes sense.

It could easily create strife. That's where the concept of being equally yoked comes from. The idea there is that you don't want to become romantically entangled with someone who doesn't share your values.

The equal yoking comes from responsibilities of each partner and the value systems that govern their lives.

Even if it's just normal non worshipping love, most people love their children more than their spouses, that doesn't mean they're committing adultery with their children for Christ's sake.

Adultery is when one or both are married and sleeping with someone else. But "worshipping" is nothing to do with anything sexual. In fact it's almost exclusively non-sexual and in most faiths you're not permitted to have had sexual relations prior to worshipping.

You are barking up the completely wrong tree as "infidelity" is more to do with culture and the social. Religion and law tends to punish such relations.

Worshipping is different to sex, therefore it's not adultery. Although why anyone would want to worship God is beyond me. Do Christians think if they worship God he will go easy on them? There's no evidence for that.
