What does God mean about remarriage as committing adultery?

Does He mean the act of remarriage (the moment); or is the remarriage itself living in a state of adultery? I’ve read different interpretations of it.

Marriage is a Covenant between a man and woman.. When you marry one ceremonial represent Christ and his bride, the church. Christ Jesus commitment to the church is also a Covenant honored at Second Coming.

God’s ideal for us is Marriage which is a contract between a man-woman.. We turn it into an ordeal(living together or divorce) and then we are looking for a new Deal.

There are circumstances where remarriage is allowed. Firstly, a death of spouse. Secondly, cheats and leaves the partner…this person committed Adultery.
The other party did not seek divorce but yet he/she are damaged. This partner can remarry and it is not Adultery.

If the party that originally left marries the party he/she cheated with then. Adultery is committed twice.

God sees marriage be unto death, so when a person marries another person, to God that person having sex with their new man or woman is adultery before Him.

Now, if a person has remarried it is sin but God forgives all sin except blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.

The way I understand that verse is your not allowed to divorce your husband or wife unless they stop doing their share of the work, stop taking care of you and your kids, or stop working hard to make you happy, so if they cheat or scream, divorce is allowed but if they get Alzheimers or cancer, your not allowed to divorce them.
