I just learned that divorce/remarriage for abandonment is divisive in Christianity?

Catholics/Protestants say no. Most other Christians say it is ok.

I thought the Bible is pretty clear on this. If your spouse abandons you why are you not free to remarry? They abandoned YOU.. not the other way around!

I just learned that Kentucky just passed a default, 50-50 joint custody law for family court during a divorce. They look at allegations of domestic lambs, seriously (criminal venue with due process) so the woman can’t use that to start alienating the kids as per the usual and many states.

That just happened two years ago and last year divorce is dropped by 70-75%
