Yes. Moral SHOULD exist without religion. If you need religion to get your morality then you are amoral.

Nope. It's not possible. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a moron. If you examine the meaning of moral, you will find it has to do with the judgement of good and bad.

Moral: Of or concerned with the judgment of the goodness or badness of human action and character.

If you dive deeper, you have to ask yourself what good really is. Now you tell me how you have God without religion... The logical end to your question is simple.

You ask that as if all religious people are somehow moral and that morals are the realm of religion only. Morals exist without religion. The question should be can religion help people enforce those morals to make the world a better place? Religion has never helped me except to bully me, enforce racist ideals and help other feel to feel they are morally superior to me when they aren’t.

But the CERTAINTY is:

people do crimes relying on atheism they won't get caught.

So for the pragmatic civilization stop promoting atheism and even if you think it is a lie, for civilization lie frequently that god will judge.

No offense, but this is actually kind of a non cerebral question. If that weren't the case, religion wouldn't have faded to the extent that it has in recent years. In sum, it just simply isn't needed by very many people anymore, heck , I'm a right winger, and I'm even. saying that.

A lot of people are atheist and you’d be surprised to see how well they follow moral compass over very religious men who follow their 1,000+ page rule book.

Nope. As religions create the laws and standards around which morals and enacted. Hence why different civilisations had different religions at their core, making for different morals.
