Why would grandmother think I plan on joining the Jehovah's witness because I don't want to vote?

I was at my grandma's house for coffee. My grandmother told me she is so excited and looking forward voting. How she was with under who our next U. S President will be. My answer I only vote for Jesus Christ no one also and I explained to my grandmother how people idolized politicians. I own a flags that says Christian. My grandmother beg me asked my to come back to the Catholic Church and to please not join the Jehovah's witness. I am still looking for a Christian church but Jehovah's witnesses is not on my list Jehovah witness members do not believe evil people can go to hell. Now my grandmother won't stop telling me to come back to Catholic.

You have a responsibility not only to pray for the leaders, but in a modern society Christian voters have a responsibility to vote for a Godly leader. Or at least for the least ungodly policies promised.
