What do you think about the sound of bells in the church?

I don't know that I've ever heard them IN a church. There's a church about 3 blocks from here and, every day at 6:00, they ring their bells for a few minutes. Most of the time, I never even hear them! When I do, it sounds like they're almost 2 miles away.

That is too early it might be illegal. Like city ordinance. Check in your city.

Fine except during sleeping times.

They shouldn't at midnight mass for example.

Some countries have siesta nap. Must not ring between 2pm to 4pm.

They are meant to be to call all to mass near and far.

It’s been awhile since I’ve heard one directly. I think the reason they’re so loud is because they used to need to be.

Yeah they are pretty loud if your to close to them but they sound nice and fills up the town with a nice atmosphere.

Outside the church they sound nice and musical. Inside they can be rather loud
