Maybe you have never heard of this holiday. We Muslims fast for 14 hours a day for a month. When it ends, we celebrate the Ramadan holiday. Children and families collect candies and prepare sweets.

but many people in Berlin celebrate it... it's nice to see the whole families in the late evening in the restaurants, spending time and eating together...

I'm not Muslim, so no. If I did, I'd meet them 1/3 of the way. I wouldn't eat all day, but I wouldn't stop drinking or swallowing saliva. I don't know how you guys do it honestly.

Ramadan is actually a month and not a holiday. Fasting is not celebrating so you probably mean "ed el feter".

I would rather "not fast and not celebrate it ended."
