I have a question pls someone into religions?

For example we have lung cancer at stage 4. When we die, will we still feel the same pain forever? Thanks for reading it

If you end up in Heaven, you do not feel continued pain.

If you go to Purgatory, you will experience greater suffering than you'd ever known on earth, but it will end at some point and you will go to Heaven.

If, however, you go to Hell, the suffering and pain will be far worse than you can possibly imagine. And it will be eternal.

I've never heard of a religion believing that. Only Beetlejuice depicts this scenario.

People used to believe it was better to suffer as you were dying because you wouldn't have to in purgatory. In other words it was better to get it over with now rather rhan after you died.
