Which god? People have invented thousands of gods and goddesses. But no one has ever seen any of them. And the gods people invent all tend to have the exact same beliefs and characteristics of the people who invented them. Hmmmm.
No, gods are bullshit fairy tales for stupid, weak people who live in fear of everything they don't understand. Simple morality for simple minds. And a control mechanism to keep the masses from getting out of hand.
