So around 10 years ago, a pastor taught me how to cool down my brain through meditation and the brain cooling helped my brain learn new skills faster than before, I went from B's to straight A's after I began to cool my brain every single week or day through my newly learned meditation techniques.
Recently I learned a new medical technique to lose weight which is that I can lower my cortisol levels 95% through meditation and I can do it voluntarily any time I want. Because the main reason my weight loss was slow in the past was that my cortisol levels impaired my body's drive to burn fat so that my fat loss was always very limited when I tried any new method to lose weight.
