The bible says all hard work brings a profit, so what do you think of my theory about this in the question?

Since the bible says all hard work brings a profit, I believe what this means is, that if God does not compensate you in one way for your hard work, he will compensate you in another way for your hard work.

Some people work very hard at things that do not earn them lot of money, and then find very easy ways to make money, that make them just as rich as those who did work hard at things that make money.

I've also met people who work hard, and even though they do not become insanely rich, they end up marrying the man or woman of their dreams and have the most loving and happy kids.

They were repaid for their hard work, but they were repaid in family love instead of money.

And Jesus taught that some people are repaid in heaven and not on earth.

The bible says all hard work brings a profit, so what do you think of my theory about this in the question?
