Does Jesus remain a mysterious mystery through the Christianity tales?

I mean the Lord the Good Lord, bless him - I'm raised in a Christian faith, and the thing that got me intrigued when I compared Gnostic writings and Christian mainstream writings.

The common theme was "Jesus came and Jesus went" - the guy didn't stick around, not even on earth, beyond what, age 30, age 40, to even have wife, have offspring, hell even have a guy as a partner whether he was straight, bisexual, homosexual, etc

There's just a lot of mystery of, even historically or as a work of fiction or as a real guy - there's a lot of gaps we don't seem to get told about the Jesus story.

Especially if we put aside the rising from the dead and straight away flies off on a cloud part - like, let's say he rose from the dead - then what? He just settles down or why didn't he just settle down with Mary Magdalene or whomever, or any woman, and just become just another face in a crowd? Much like a form celebrity or a washed up celebrity, enjoying their retired life now of anonymity lol 😆

I mean these are pretty big gaps in the tale, right? Who really was Jesus.

nope. no mystery. mark described his family, matthew and luke listed lineage. the stories say who he was... not "came and went" but he "lived to die". so young death was the purpose. the stuff "left out" is not a gap because gnostic is not real biography.

2 then what? then he appeared to disciples and more as described in book acts , no gap. 3 because he did his purpose so finished here. 4 no gaps because he died young.

LOL, Jesus (it is not his real name) is largely a fabrication in the West. He was not White, not a Christian, and neither were his half brothers and family.

What White people think they know about Jesus was largely invented by the Romans.

He probably didn't exist. He's a King Arthur type character, a mishmash of lots of real people from far and wide brought together over time into one single figure. Jesus is an idea not a man.

@rightonein indeed 🌌 he's quite the, character 😄 that we'll all never quite know and even for me, I don't really need to know - he's just another yogi or a yogi ahead of his own time he inhabited or the creator or his writer inhabited - right @thegreenyogi? The writings of Jesus often made him seem a man advanced for his times - dining with all sorts of people, showing indifference to even forgiveness "sin? I see no sin, here - go now, all is forgiven" vibes type 📚📖 on repeat
