Why do you believe God is real?

I don't believe "God" is real. I think "God" was invented by humans to serve humans who fear the unknown and their own mortality. "God" is a conceptual fluffy Teddy Bear low IQ people can hug on cold dark nights.

Most people who actually believe from experience and do not just theorize theological ideas, do so because they mistake god the creator for their own higher self, lump them into one "spirit" concept, or even the guardian angel, when they are in reality not one in the same.

Your higher self (the part of you that stays in the spiritual world) knows your "karmic script." But because your physical brain is often too "loud" to "hear" it (go OMG I totally intuitively perceive a very clear path), your guardian angel has to "translate" that spiritual knowledge into a physical impulse, which you can choose to disobey out of free will, but it can become a really strong craving. For example, even such overwhelming lust that you bring a thousand condoms to a funeral, where suddenly a flood breaks out and you are able to inflate the condoms to build a makeshift raft to survive. You get the idea. Experiences like that convince people that something supernatural is looking out for you. It happens all the time.

But that's just "god within" and not some single entity that created the solar system and will judge you for a permanent desination after you hand in your life resume, or anything of that kind. That one is an invention of organized religion. ㅤ

I have never been that delusional because I went to church and Bible school. I was seeing through the lies and the attempts at brainwashing by the time I was 8 years old.

Because the Bible contains hundreds of prophecies that have been fulfilled, and are being fulfilled, today. We are in the last days and it's all coming together now.

I believe in God because Creation is all around us. And if there is Creation, there must be a Creator. I cannot imagine that you made this post because you want to pick a fight. Nah, that couldn't happen.

One reason I believe G0d is real is that there is no better explanation for Creation. Also, when the subject of G0d is brought up, there is more often a lot of spluttering and seeming rage and hatred or maybe fear that Christians are right. When Buddhism is brought up, I just say "Well, OK."
