2 Lend to your neighbour in his time of need,
and pay back your neighbor in time.
3 Keep your promise and be honest with him,
and at all times you will find what you need.
I just want to clarify that the word lend should be substituted for bless or give, because in the original Jewish scriptures, every gift was written down as a loan and not as a gift, because the ancient Jewish bible writers believed that God repays every gift and act of labour you provide, so there is no such thing as a gift, only a loan, because every gift you give your friends and family will be repaid back to you by God.
And the Jewish bible says God repays seven times over, and Jesus said some are repaid a hundred times over, or even forever meaning billions of years, for their finite and humble gifts of goodness for people on earth, done in total secret, done in total humbleness, and out of genuine concern for their happiness and not out of a desire for honour or reward.
