Does the Bible really promise wealth and status without sorrow?

I mean, I knew a few people from church who did not work any harder than anybody else, but they had high income, high status, and great dating opportunities, because they were intelligent and could obtain job roles less intelligent people could not handle.

These high status people had good intentions, and did not ever look down on their less wealthy associates, and they would invite disabled people to their parties and pay for the food they ate. And it was usually hidden, because they did not do it for recognition.

I also know people with very good reputations, that feel no pressure at all to lie or fake their character, and never do things they hate for social status reasons.

Because the bible says if you worry about God and the people God loves and the people God wants to forgive and save, that God will worry about your reputation and social status for you.
