Do you believe animals have souls? If yes, do insects also have souls?

and I don't care about thinking, I want to believe that yes... there's something about that just speaks to your soul...

all animals have souls, they’re living creatures so feel pain just as we do; maybe not as intense emotionally, but physically yes. it is evidently shown that insects do feel emotions, pain, and are quite intelligent, so it isn’t just “instinct” they live off of. in my opinion, all living creatures/things have souls.

Not all animals have nervous systems, never mind having a brain. I think it's a stretch to imagine that bivalves have a consciousness.

I do believe insects have souls, which is why I try my best not to kill them unless they’re really disgusting

Souls aren't real, neither are heaven and hell. Our personalities are all in our head (brain). We're a self-modifying program with no backup running on unreliable hardware. When the hardware fails, the program is gone.
