Is my interpretation of lying and hatred in Zechariah 5 accurate?

I believe Zechariah 5 means that:

1 - When you practice lying without justifiable cause, you will be denied access to wisdom

And

2 - When you practice hostility without justifiable reason, you will be denied access to God.

Now, when would lying be justified?

If criminals want to know where your daughter is so they can kill her, you can lie to them about where she is.

If people want to know your income so they can mock you for being poor or make people jealous against you for being rich, you can lie and say, you do not remember how much you made from investments because your husband handles the bills.

If people want to know your best friend's relationship history, you can say, she did not talk about it with you because she only talks about her romantic relationships with people in her family etc...

So yes, lying is sometimes justifiable or forgivable.
