Well Jesus was talking about himself when he said that and Jesus is God in the form of a human, the best way to describe the holy Trinity would be similar to us, how we were made in his image, you have a soul body and spirit, all different but still you, you have God the father, the soul, Jesus the body and the holy spirit, his spirit, his spirit lives in all of us, Jesus in a way was God and through him you reach the father which is the Almighty.
